Initial Comments:
An off site follow-up survey conducted on February 14, 2020 found that Penn Asian Senior Services Inc. , had corrected the following deficiencies cited under PA Code, Title 28, Health and Safety, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601, Home Health Care Agencies. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a home health licensure survey completed on December 20, 2019.
